CUTOFF_CALIB

Parameters for the calibration of the energy cutoff by minimizing the errors due to finite cutoff and minimax approximation. Implemented as bisection of error(minimax) - error(cutoff). Not implemented for non-orthorhombic cells. [Edit on GitHub]
